- Commercial retail and offices
- Apartments low to medium rise
- Industrial
- Petroleum – new to industry and redeveloped sites
Z Energy, Wellington
Aspec Wellington has carried out a number of new to industry or refurbishments across the North Island and Upper South Island. Aspec partnered with Z Energy to roll out a build programme to help provide a level of consistency to their projects. This was right across the board from build quality to H&S. Z Energy's focus on delivering a high-quality service and keeping the community in mind was a key reason Aspec wanted to be involved.
Connolly Street Centre, Hutt Valley
Partnering with Vicinity Ltd, we undertook the construction of a new multi-use centre in the heart of the Hutt Valley. This complex was built in a 12-month period and integrated multiple fit-outs. The construction was developed alongside the client to enable the space to be functional for each tenant yet provide a strong and resilient building.
